Daycare Client Contract
Terms of Contract

  • All dogs walked by Paws Academy will be kept as safe as possible whilst in our care.
  • Your dog must wear a tag with correct contact details.
  • We cannot walk bitches whilst they are in season.
  • All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations.
  • Any aggression issues must be made known to Paws Academy.
  • Please inform us of any recall issues.
  • Your dog must be insured.
  • We will not be liable for any vet bills.
  • We are fully insured for personal public injury but will not be liable for vet bills or claims if your dog/s attacks another dog (we need to be forewarned of behavioral problems so we can take appropriate caution) or has an injury due to bushes/brambles.
  • If your dog falls ill whilst in our care, we may need to take them to the vet if deemed necessary, we will inform you of this immediately.
  • Dogs can catch kennel cough from socialising with other dogs, as well as various other sickness bugs. We will not be held responsible in the event of your dog catching a sickness bug.
  • Cancellation of daycare within less than 24 hours will be charged in full.
  • Payment for services must be paid by direct debit via Go Cardless.
